The project consists of a 1,300m2 Dan Murphy's with a drive-thru direct to boot component, a 103 place childcare centre, a 68 seat Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen drive-thru pad site and a 2,732m2 Large Format Retail building with national tenants.

The site is connected via a shared 187 bay carpark. We are looking forward to appointing a Head Contractor soon and commencing works on site in Q3 2024.
