New QSR Development at Rathdowne Convenience Precinct.

Situated at the entrance to Villawood’s Rathdowne Estate, this new dual-tenant quick service restaurant (QSR) development will expand and enhance the existing convenience precinct, which is already anchored by BP, McDonald’s, and KFC.

The project will introduce two popular food and beverage operators—Guzman y Gomez and El Jannah—bringing further dining variety and convenience to the growing local community. Once complete, the development will complement the existing offerings and mark the final stage in the delivery of the broader Rathdowne convenience precinct.
